It is our policy to publish defect data for our products. In spite of an average of 1 release every 8 weeks since Gundalf first appeared in April 2002, these remain very low. For comparison, the NASA Shuttle software is amongst the most reliable software ever produced and is operating at around 0.1 per thousand lines of code. 2.0-4.0 per thousand lines of code is typical.
